At Stasis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
